Discovery Call (1 Hour)

One-time calls with our Leadership to uncover pain points and bottlenecks in your organization, resulting in clear answers and actionable steps.

Pay $495

On Site Visit (1 Day / 4 Hour)

This is a 1-time On Site visit, lasting approximately 4 Hours between the Client and Chris directly. This can be done virtually as well if necessary.

The following areas will, ideally, be reviewed;

Administrative Structure / Hierarchy / Responsibility
Growth / Hiring Plans
Internal Policy Review

This is a chance for us to meet the ownership, and any other decision-makers, directly. On Site visits will provide a much more clear picture of what’s going on at the company, who is involved, what the energy on the team is. Just like with going to the Doctor, it’s one thing to do “TeleHealth” and tell the Doctor what’s going on, it’s quite another for the Doctor to be able to SEE you and your symptoms and to spend time with you!

Our Monthly programs allow you to alleviate the amount of work on your plating by having a Fractional Executive step in and work directly with your team leads, develop better systems of accountability and goal-setting, monitor their progress and drive their improvement - while you focus on the Brand and the Business!

Including, but not limited to;

Weekly Follow up call with CEO
Weekly 1x1 with Sales Head
Weekly 1x1 with Service Head
Weekly Team Meeting with Sales and/or Retention Team/s
Weekly KPI / Performance Review ( with team )
Monthly Report on Wins and Areas being focused on for improvement

Packages start at $4,495 per month, and are scalable from there depending on the Scope of consulting and Size of your business.
