BDG Leadership Team

Doug is currently the lead Pastor at Rock Island Bible Church. He has spent the last 20 years developing his ability to lead congregations and help people on their path in life, whether strengthening or returning to their faith. Doug and Chris have known each other for 23 years, they were room-mates in College, and he was instrumental in creating the concept of Ministry Outreach here at Ballard Development Group.

Chris has spent the last 20 years navigating the Corporate world ranging from small Start-ups to Fortune 500 firms, with a strong background in Sales & Business Development. He has held Executive roles at a number of firms before deciding to start Ballard Development Group. His goal is to utilize his skill-sets and experience to help as many business owners as he can! He has known Doug & Kristian for 20+ years each and hand-picked them for these special roles!

Kristian is currently enlisted in the United States Army, serving as an Intelligence Officer. Kristian has spent the last 20 years or so gaining experience in industries such as Renewable Energy, Environmental Issues & Exploration. He is a member of The Explorer's Club, volunteers with Ski Patrol teams and has participated in the Baja 1000 Race with a Bio-diesel fueled Dirt Bike that he pioneered!  He and Chris have known each other for 26 years, having been close friends since High School.
